Password used to have former greats like Joan Crawford and Olivia de Havilland, but by now we have celebs like Robert Walden, who co-stars on Lou Grant, and hometown girl Brianne Leary, who grew up in Tucson and right now appears on CHiPSs.

Wallace and Ladmo is an early, live action Spanish version of the beloved stop-motion animation series Wallace and Gromit. No, it isn't - it's actually a children's show that began in 1954 and ran until 1989, one of the longest-running local kids' shows ever. And it was beloved as well.

I'd never heard of Star Maidens; it sounds more like a movie that should have been on MST3K, rather than what it is - a British-German sci-fi series. Right there, that sounds like a bad combination. I don't think it ever made it to the Twin Cities, at least not while I was living there.
