Art Linkletter's guest on The Linkletter Show is Jack Bailey, host of Queen for a Day from 1948 to 1964. Bailey was very public about his battle with alcoholism and his membership in AA, and was cited as an inspiration by many viewers.

Oftentimes, one has to hunt through the listings to find stars who are still active, or even still alive. Check out Personality at 10:00 a.m.—Rita Moreno's not only still alive, she'll be one of the Grand Marshals at the Rose Parade the day after tomorrow. Jim Brown's still around too, though I don't think he's going to rush for 1,000 yards this season. Maybe 500, though.

Tonight's Guns of Will Sonnett episode deals with slaughter of the great buffalo tribes that served as the Indians' main source of food, and was written by Kathleen Hite, a member of the National Cowboy Hall of Fame, longtime writer for Gunsmoke, and was the first female staff writer for CBS.
