It appears that Ohio was on Standard Time.
ReplyDeleteIt's also interesting that WLWT Channel 5 apparently had a newscast co-anchored by two reporters: This was around the time NBC paired Chet Huntley and David Brinkley for the 1956 conventions and election coverage, and three months before they took over anchoring the nightly news.
