Apparently CBS sent some programs like WHAT'S MY LINE? live from the East Coast but then followed that show by a recording (probably kine) of TOAST OF THE TOWN.
ReplyDeleteJack Klugman wrote a book about his relationship with Tony Randall called "tony and me" (sic), where he states that Tony remembered working with him for the first time on a bad tv program called APPOINTMENT WITH ADVENTURE, which apparently at least 1 local station was carrying this night.
